Queen Victoria surcharge set of 7 mostly unused (no gum) with 1c on 5c (3rd stamp) mint. With one short top perf on 3c on $1, surface stains and serious damage at right edge on 3c on $3 and top perf staining on most values. Mostly unused with 1c on 5c mounted mint. Okay as spacefillers, but very faulty.
