Hong Kong? 1946? Registration Label Used with FPO 366 Postmark

King George VI era? registration label used with Field Post Office 366 postmark. Year unclear, but this was in a Hong Kong collection noted as 1946 which would be use in Hong Kong, but am not sure I can really convince myself its 46! Label with creasing.
