Queen Elizabeth II era New UPU Headquarters Building 50c mint. With Blue omitted leaving the building void - a very striking missing colour error. With some issues - light vertical bend and discolouration at that point and other areas of light discolouration - this was stored in a poor quality glassine envelope. Unmounted mint, but imperfect.
