King George VI short set to 5sh with extra ½d shade mint. With patch of adhesion on gum on ½d (1st stamp), tone spots on 1½d (top row), light adhesion on reverse, patchy gum and surface staining on 2d (2nd row, 2nd stamp), adhesion on gum on 2d red, top perf tone spots on 2d purple, perf tone spots and small patch of adhesion on gum on 4½d, heavy top perf toning on 9d and missing top corner on 5sh. Mounted mint with hinge remnants.
