Queen Victoria Large Mono Arms £2 rosy-red perf 14 used. With 19th December Abercorn postmark, Proud D3, with unclear year which looks likely to be 1903. This postmark appears correct against other examples, other examples also show the broken 0 in year, but there is some discolouration at top edge and I would suspect this some form of cleaned fiscal with an out of period postmark applied by favour. Great spacefiller which appears to have correct postmark.
