Queen Victoria Dardenne 2d pale blue imperforate used. On horizontally laid paper which shows a good part of an unclear design paper-maker's watermark. With margins at top and right, other two sides just cut into. With pinhole at top left which has been repaired and with a shallow thin at top right.
