King George V overprint on Palestine additionally overprinted in violet 4m scarlet perf 15x14 block of 4 mint. I think the left-hand stamps Type III, right-hand stamps Type II. With pencil notes and signature on reverse, accompanying note suggested this originally had a Holcombe certificate, but this no longer present. Top two stamps lightly mounted mint, lower pair unmounted mint.
