King George IV Signature on Military Document Fragment

King George VI signature on document fragment. The reverse document reads - "/ and infamous conduct / Character of an Officer and a / and ? by the / Edward Dewis?, his real name being " - some kind of military court martial? document. Was accompanied by a separate photocopy of a museum document. This is not my usual area, but came in an old collection of covers and documents and I think it is genuine.
