With 1st January 1933 South Georgia code A postmark this is the day before the 2nd Jan issue date, but is quite possibly a date slug error for 1st Jan 1934, 1st Feb 1933 or back-dated. With a couple of slightly short perfs at right edge. Good to fine used.
