QEII 1952 Wilding 2½d Type I Mis-perforated Block of 6 Mint SG519

Queen Elizabeth II watermark Tudor Crown 2½d carmine-red type I plate 9 marginal block of 6 mint. With very odd extra row of perforations through the middle left stamp which looks to have occurred from it being snagged then creased between strikes of the perforator. Very unusual this the printer chose to crudely repair the sheet rather than discarding as defective. Unusual - I've not seen anything similar before.
