British Guiana 1938 KGVI 4c Spectacular Mis-Perforated Corner Strip Mint SG310v

King George VI Map 4c scarlet and black perforation 12½ corner strip of 3 mint. With grossly misplaced bottom perforations - the bottom line perforation strike very high and notably tilting upward to the right across the piece. Am not really clear how this occurred and I don't recall seeing anything similar before. With very flat, heavily toned gum and a couple of marks on reverse.
