Also with Foreign Letter Package Postage Due Stamps to be Affixed and Cancelled mark and with London Customs Duty Passed Free mark. Reverse with 18th December 1939 New York marks and 20th December Chapel Hill arrival marks. Cover opened along base and on both sides.
