King George V Specimen overprint Double Head £1 crimson and slate-black perforation 14 mint. With position 46 King's Extra Curl variety - extremely rare - as a specimen overprint or otherwise. With some tones which show to front in places, paper adhesions at both top corners, very light vertical crease and a couple of gouged perfs at left edge. Mounted mint with hinge remnant and the adhesions.
