Gibraltar 1898 QV Multi Stamp Registered Cover Used to UK SG39 SG40 SG42

Queen Victoria ½d grey-green x5, 1d carmine x2 and 2½d bright ultramarine used on cover to UK. With 9th November 1898 Registered oval postmarks, 13th November London transit mark, reverse with 13th November Bright Station arrival mark. Rate being 5d for double weight cover with 2½d registration fee so maybe not a philatelic franking despite the use of 8 stamps! With light tape marks, tear across backflap and mounting adhesion on reverse base.
