Queen Victoria unwatermarked Specimen 2c brown. Local Hong Kong Specimen type HK2 14¼mm with serif caps. With serious surface rubbing damage at left edge and trimmed perfs. Heavily mounted with multiple hinge remnants and very little, if any, original gum.
