Queen Victoria 2½d blue block of four mint. Am unclear whether this is watermark SG W82 or W85. With toned gum with vertical areas of gum loss, and block with rather weak perforations. The top two stamps heavily mounted with hinge remnants, lower stamps lightly mounted mint.
