Queen Victoria watermark Crown and Q twice sideways 2sh6d vermilion used and watermark upright 5sh rose pen cancelled used. The 2sh6d watermark looks most likely to be the 1895 watermark, but am not sure. The 5sh is presumably fiscal use. With horizontal crease on 2sh6d and short side perf on both values.
